FROST Peer Group meetings are closed to first responders only. This includes Military, Law enforcement, Firefighters, EMS, Dispatchers and Correctional. 

Due to the sensitive nature of our meetings, approval is required. To get added to the approved list you can email us at frostpeergroup@gmail.com. Proof of being a first responder is required. Once approved we will include you on the meeting emails including meeting passcode.

We currently meet at 8pm Est every Sunday,  Tuesday and 7 pm on Thursday. As the need presents itself we will open additional meeting on different nights. Plans are to get meeting 7 days a week. 

Because we understand the need to be able to get on a meeting when you need it not just when we have one scheduled. We are working on an APP that will provide you with a list of meetings from various peer groups around the country. This will still be specific to First Responders and require approval to get into the App.

Welcome to our new FROST Friends and Family Meeting. This is an open peer meeting for those close to a First Responder suffering from Alchoholism, drug addiction, Anxiety, Depression or PTSD.
